The troubled singer wore ripped tights, a shapeless, inside-out top and unzipped boots as she emerged from a Los Angeles dance studio to puff on a cigarette.
She was rehearsing moves for a video after last week checking out of a hospital’s psychiatric ward 11 days before she was due to leave.
Meanwhile sons SEAN PRESTON, two, and JAYDEN JAMES, one, are being looked after by her mum LYNNE while ex KEVIN FEDERLINE, 29 - who has custody - attends New York Fashion Week.
